Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ.
The validity of our witness is verified by what we value. When it comes to discipleship, ministry, and fellowship, Christ followers are either interested or invested. Interested Christians start drifting because they participate when it’s convenient. Invested Christians stay devoted because they see participation as crucial. How would you define your relationship with Jesus: casual or committed? Ultimately, casual Christians end up on a road of destruction. “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven” (Matt. 7:21). If you are truly a Christ follower, you will see the necessity of Kingdom endeavors. The fundamental principle of Christian discipleship, ministry, and fellowship is edification, where we build others towards Christ. Today, you are seeking to satisfy yourself or your Savior. Sin begins when you seek to satisfy yourself. Make the commitment to follow Jesus with a faithful focus that will lead you towards heaven.
Pray to be a committed Christ follower.
