Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist.
Ephesians 4:14a

When Paul describes the armor of God, he is talking about our access to unconquerable defenses. These defenses can withstand any attack of the enemy, but we must wear the full armor. In your strong stance against the enemy, Paul describes how we must stand firm in the truth. Paul begins not with a sword or a shield, but a truth belt. The truth belt keeps the armor secure, holds the sword and allows movement to increase strength. The belt of truth plays the most crucial role in the effectiveness of a soldier for Christ.

Pray to stand firm with the belt of truth.
